Lola Adey is an AI Consultant and CEO of Nard AI, a Dallas-based AI automation and workforce training firm. She has approximately 10 years of experience inside Fortune 500 organizations, including GM Financial and Lockheed Martin, where she served as an Agile Lead and Release Train Engineer, managing complex technology programs and cross-functional teams at enterprise scale.
She holds an MBA in Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology and is 2x Microsoft AI Certified. She is currently pursuing the Microsoft AI-103 certification (Azure AI App and Agent Developer Associate).
Lola founded Nard AI to give service businesses and organizational workforces access to the same caliber of AI strategy and implementation she delivered inside enterprise environments — without the enterprise overhead.
As a trainer, she has facilitated AI education sessions for professionals across the United States and internationally. She has spoken at IEEE and PMI events, and is the co-author of AI Thriving in the World of Smart Machines and Robots, an Amazon bestselling book co-authored with three other AI experts.
She is also the Founder of VibeCode Africa, an AI literacy nonprofit that delivers hands-on AI education and workforce development to learners across Africa and beyond.
In 2026, she was named one of the Top 75 AI Innovators in Dallas.
